Sencoch offers a series of high-performance sensor wafers (die) using MEMS technology, covering key sensing areas including pressure, gas flow, and thermopiles, providing core chip solutions for sensor design and manufacturing across various industries.
Pressure sensor wafers (die) are manufactured using mature piezoresistive MEMS technology. The chips integrate a Wheatstone bridge structure that converts applied pressure into a highly linear millivolt-level voltage signal. The product line includes:
GDP0603 Series: Absolute pressure type, covering a pressure range from 0~100kPa to 2000kPa, suitable for automotive electronics (such as TPMS, MAP), industrial, and water pressure testing applications.
GDP2004 Series: Gauge pressure type, covering a pressure range from -100kPa to 700kPa, applicable in automotive electronics, medical electronics, and home appliances.
GDP2604 Series: Micro-pressure/high-pressure (gauge pressure), with micro-pressure ranges including ±1/3kPa and high-pressure ranges up to 1000kPa, specifically designed for residual pressure measurement, medical electronics, and industrial control applications.
Automotive-grade GDP2004GQ / GDP1004AQ Series: Compliant with AEC-Q100/103 certification, covering ranges from ±3kPa to ±40kPa for differential pressure, and absolute pressure up to 350kPa, suitable for harsh automotive environments such as GPF/DPF differential pressure detection, fuel vapor, and automotive intake applications.
Gas flow sensor wafers (die) (such as the GDF9304 series) are based on thermodynamic principles, consisting of a heating resistor and upstream/downstream thermopiles. They accurately measure gas flow by detecting changes in heat distribution, offering high sensitivity in low-flow ranges, low zero drift, and fast response time. They are suitable for medical devices such as ventilators and oxygen concentrators, as well as automotive air flow sensors.
Thermopile sensor wafers (die) (such as the GDT1804 series) are based on MEMS thermopile technology and integrate an NTC thermistor. They can be used for non-contact temperature measurement and NDIR gas detection applications.
Sencoch sensor wafer (die) products feature high sensitivity, excellent stability, and consistency, and can flexibly meet customized requirements across diverse scenarios, from consumer electronics to the automotive industry.
