Gas Flow Sensor
Sencoch GF series gas flow sensor modules are based on MEMS thermal sensing technology and measure gas mass flow in the flow channel according to thermodynamic principles. They are capable of high-precision measurement of non-corrosive gases such as air, oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide. The product integrates a MEMS thermal sensor chip with a high-performance CMOS microprocessor, combined with a proprietary calibration scheme to deliver real-time and accurate flow signals.
The series offers high sensitivity, a wide measurement range, high accuracy, and high resolution. It supports linear output and fast response times (as fast as 5mSec), with an optimized anti-condensation design for reliable performance in complex operating conditions. Output options include analog voltage (e.g., 0.5~4.5V) and digital I²C interfaces. The supply voltage supports a wide range of 8~24VDC (with 5V low-voltage versions available upon request), and the operating temperature ranges from -10°C to 60°C.
The GF series covers full-range flow measurement from micro-flow to medium-to-large flow: the GF3000 series is suitable for micro-flow measurements from 0 to 3000 SCCM, the GF4000 series covers 0 to 500 SLM, and the GF5000 series covers 0 to 300 SLM. Custom ranges are available for each series to meet specific application requirements. These sensors are widely used in medical applications such as portable ventilators, oxygen concentrators, CPAP devices, anesthesia delivery, and critical care equipment, as well as industrial applications including air purifiers, environmental climate monitoring, fuel cell control, and HVAC systems.
