Automotive-Grade Pressure Sensing sensor

We offer a range of mature products certified to AEC-Q100/Q103. For example, the GZP6818AQ is a compact absolute pressure sensor covering a pressure range from 0~100kPa to 2500kPa, supporting 3.3V/5V supply voltages and multiple ratiometric or standard voltage outputs. With high accuracy and wide temperature compensation, it is well-suited for automotive seat occupancy detection, air pump systems, and tire pressure monitoring applications.

Integrated Assembly Sensor Modules

Sencoch has extensive experience in developing and manufacturing integrated sensor modules. For Evaporative Emission Control Systems (EVAP), the GZP6182A series offers fuel vapor pressure sensors and carbon canister desorption pressure sensors in various configurations and pressure ranges (covering -3.75~1.25kPa through -20~40kPa), helping customers meet stringent emission regulations such as China 6b. The GZP6188A series barometric pressure sensors are installed in the engine compartment to monitor ambient atmospheric pressure (20~115kPa) in real time, providing the ECU with critical data for optimizing fuel injection, ignition timing, and emission control across varying altitudes and weather conditions. The GZP6189A series vacuum brake pressure sensors (10~115kPa) are mounted on the brake vacuum lines to continuously monitor vacuum boost levels and feed back to the control system.

In the area of speed and position sensing, we offer the GZR6191A passive magnetoelectric speed sensor and the GZR6192D Hall-effect camshaft phase sensor. These sensors accurately measure engine crankshaft/camshaft speed and position, as well as wheel speed, delivering essential signals to the ECU and ABS systems.
