Differential pressure sensors are used to measure the pressure difference between two points in a system. The core MEMS chip typically features a dual-port design, with the front and back sides sensing pressures at different locations, producing an output signal proportional to the pressure differential. Sencoch differential pressure sensors are available in a wide range of pressure spans, from micro-pressure (e.g., ±500 Pa) to mid-to-high pressure (e.g., 200 kPa), offering calibrated and temperature-compensated analog voltage (e.g., 0.5-4.5V) or digital I²C output options.

 

This series is widely used in HVAC systems for monitoring pressure drops across air filters, controlling Variable Air Volume (VAV) duct pressure, and managing room static pressure—making them core sensing components in building automation. In the medical field, differential pressure sensors are also extensively applied in ventilators, anesthesia machines, and negative pressure wound therapy devices for precise gas flow and pressure differential monitoring. Additionally, they are critical components in industrial pneumatic controls, fire protection residual pressure monitoring, and cleanroom pressure control, delivering accurate and reliable differential pressure measurements across diverse applications.
