Sencoch GZT2613 and GZT2614 series are high-precision digital infrared thermopile sensors designed for a wide range of non-contact temperature measurement applications, including medical and healthcare, consumer electronics, and industrial fields. The sensor integrates a MEMS thermopile chip, an NTC thermistor, and a dedicated signal conditioning ASIC. The ASIC features a 24-bit Sigma-Delta high-precision ADC, a low-noise instrumentation amplifier PGA, and digital interface circuitry, enabling accurate measurement of infrared radiation emitted by target objects and converting it into digital temperature output.

Both sensors feature a standard I²C digital interface and are factory-calibrated, requiring no external circuitry for direct operation—significantly simplifying system design. Equipped with a 5.5μm long-pass filter and packaged in a TO-46 metal can, the sensors offer high responsivity, fast response time, and excellent thermal stability. The GZT2613 provides a field of view (FOV) of 60° to 90°, making it suitable for human body surface temperature measurement (accuracy ±0.3°C) as well as object temperature measurement from 0°C to 150°C (accuracy ±2°C). The GZT2614 offers a 10°FOV, optimized for long-distance target temperature measurement, and covers an industrial-grade temperature range from -30°C to 500°C.

The series supports a wide supply voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V, features 24-bit digital output, and offers low-power standby mode (typically 100nA). They can be flexibly integrated into smart wearable devices, intelligent home appliances, industrial temperature monitoring, non-contact human surface temperature measurement, and smart temperature control systems, providing customers with high-accuracy and high-reliability non-contact temperature measurement solutions.
